Starting My Website and Introducing Bitty the Wizard Kitty

Hello and welcome! I’m so excited to share the beginning of a new adventure with you. I’ve just started building my website, a cozy corner on the internet where I’ll share my web comics and cat-themed art. This site is still a work in progress, but I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to the star of the show: Bitty the Wizard Kitty, my cute mascot and main character.

Building the Website and Sharing the Journey

Creating a website from scratch is both exciting and challenging. I’m learning as I go, figuring out how to make the site easy to use and fun to explore. It’s important to me that visitors feel welcome and find something special here, whether it’s a comic strip that makes them smile or a custom pet portrait that captures their furry friend’s personality.

I’m using some great tools to help me along the way. For example, I found Wix to be a helpful platform for building the site. It offers beautiful templates and easy editing, which makes it perfect for artists like me who want to focus on creativity without getting stuck in technical details.

Another tool I’m exploring is Canva, which helps me design eye-catching graphics and banners for the site. It’s simple to use and lets me add a personal touch to every page.

Meet Bitty the Wizard Kitty

Now, let me tell you about Bitty the Wizard Kitty. Bitty is not just a cute cat with a pointy hat. He’s a magical little character who brings charm and humor to my web comics. Bitty’s adventures are full of cozy moments, funny mishaps, and a sprinkle of magic that cat lovers and comic fans will enjoy.

Bitty’s design is inspired by my own cat, who died several years ago from FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). In his memory, I create these comics to share his special personality with the world. He wears a tiny wizard hat and carries a wand, ready to cast spells or get into mischief. Through Bitty, I want to share stories that feel warm and lighthearted, perfect for a quick smile or a relaxing break.

If you love cats and comics, Bitty will quickly become a favorite. I plan to post new comics regularly, so there’s always something fresh to look forward to.
